John Deere 4600 pto not engaging
Have you checked the connector where the wiring connects to the PTO clutch? It could be unplugged or have a bad connection, or you could look for a broken wire. The switch’s number is TSD-09R-01.
When the key switch is in the run position (engine not running) and the PTO switch is in the on position, you should be able to hear the PTO solenoid click. All other hydraulic implements are working, and I do have voltage at the PTO solenoid valve.

PTO clutch port A is supposed to have 216 psi. There was closer to 0 psi. If pump will not meet specification, I read further and discovered that the PTO clutch ports A and B are identical. After dismantling the valve twice, two small rocks came out. It’s back to working again. David R18 has been inactive since 2012, so I’d suggest you try to contact him.
